The Lamp of Lucifer is a fictional mystical object featured in the Doctor Strange family of comic book titles. It first appeared in the second feature in Strange Tales, Volume 1 #151 in a story called "Umar Strikes!".
Description[]
The Lamp of Lucifer is a mystical artifact owned by the sorceress known as Umar. She kept the Lamp of Lucifer with her during her long years of imprisonment and used it to divine knowledge of events taking place in the Dark Dimension. From it, she learned about the defeat of her brother Dormammu at the hands of Earth mage Doctor Strange and swore to avenge this indignity to her family. (ST: 151)
